James is a member of FWB’s Talent Attraction team, working across all sectors to support clients in identifying and attracting exceptional talent.

Before joining FWB, James built his recruitment expertise with one of the UK’s leading food and drink search firms, working closely with business leaders to identify, engage and secure high-calibre talent.

At FWB, he is passionate about developing effective search strategies and delivering appointments that create lasting value for clients and candidates alike. James has a particular interest in commercial and sporting organisations and enjoys partnering with ambitious businesses and leaders operating at the forefront of innovation and growth.

Prior to his career in recruitment, James played professional cricket for Leicestershire County Cricket Club and represented Scotland. He also holds a First-Class Honours in Business Studies.
