Grace is a Principal Talent Attraction and Research Consultant at FWB, having joined the firm in 2026. With almost five years’ experience in executive search across the UK and internationally, Grace has built a strong track record delivering research for senior leadership and Board-level appointments across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise lies in executive research, talent attraction and market intelligence, supporting clients to identify, engage and assess high-calibre leaders from diverse talent pools.

Grace began her career in executive search as a generalist researcher with a prominent UK search firm. Immediately prior to joining FWB, she spent over two years in New Zealand as a Senior Researcher with one of the country’s leading executive search firms. Grace holds a First Class Master of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Aberdeen.
